Induction Heating

 

Mobile / Stationary Induction Units Frequency converter and inductors for inductive heating of electrically conductive metals. The inductors can be adjusted to the workpiece and the temperature profile. The frequency converter is adjusted according to the application, for instance using a time control, temperature control or presetting of a temperature profile.   Technical Data Application range: Preheating and stress retiering Power of Frequency Converter: 10 to 60 kW Working Frequency: 10 to 25 kHz Cooling: Air cooled (passage cooled) or by cooling facility (closed cooling circle) Dimensions: mobile units for instance 20 kW W 550 x H 660 x D 500 mm Weight: 50 kg IInductor: Fixed inductors, flexible inductors, tempering tables Temperature Range: until 250°C air cooled
