Description

The top model of our program-controlled heat treatment units, featuring up to 12 independent control circuits – more or fewer available upon request. Multiple programs can run simultaneously or sequentially, with automatic control ensuring precise adherence to all heat treatment parameters. The circuits can be linked for accurate temperature distribution across the entire workpiece. Temperature recording is handled by recorders with 6 or 12 channels, accuracy classes 0.5 or 0.1 according to DIN 43710. Other configurations are available.

VAS-series systems operate with voltages of 30V and 60V. Their design allows treatment of 1″ circumferential welds, fittings, or large vessel seams. Variants with higher or lower voltages are available on request. Two controller options: DIGIT 700 and DIGIT 1000.
