About the VAI Series

Description

Weldotherm induction heat treatment systems operate on the principle of medium-frequency induction heating (4–10 kHz). The heating energy is transferred to the workpiece by the inductor’s magnetic field, heating it from within. It ensures extremely fast and uniform heating of metallic materials — welds can be preheated in seconds. Setup times are minimized since conventional heating mats are no longer required. For large components, multiple VAI induction units can be linked to increase total power output.
